• young specialist 18-27 years old;

• English at least Intermediate level;

Paid volunteering with the possibility of further employment

Selection for Volunteering

Filling the questionnaire
The volunteer fills out a questionnaire and information about themselves (full name, contacts, interests, work direction).

Interviews
The applicant goes through two stages of an interview at Alabuga International School.

Transfer
The volunteer buys tickets to Russia (Yelabuga city) at his own expense (the cost of tickets is compensated upon arrival).

Temporary employment
Based on the results of interviews, a contract for work lasting from 1 to 6 months is signed with the volunteer.

Permanent employment
A volunteer who has proven their effectiveness and interest in regular work is accepted to the main staff.

How selection process works

Previous term:

Out of 200 potential candidates, 60 were selected for the AIS assessment interview.

12 of them moved on to the next stage of volunteering.

The top 5 volunteers became full-time employees and were employed on a permanent basis with a salary increase of more than 3 times.
